I found the picture on Flickr after searching for lighthouse images.
Isn’t it nice to have a blog that you can spill things to even if they don’t make any sense? It’s nice.
I tried to come up with a comment in haiku form, but I only come up with:
Why so elated?
for the first line :/
Why so elated?
A girl. That’s why.
And if I had gotten a haiku comment, I would have been uber-excited. But, such is life. =P

Excellent haiku
Not many people understand the haiku poetry format and I think that is because it does not have to rhyme.

My favorite part in your haiku is “in love with a hurricane.” The lighthouse is personified as a person that is capable of falling in love — and rightfully so, since it is a romantic image.

Great Haiku. I just love poems. The one type of poem that I haven’t quite conquered yet is the Haiku. I just love nature, so I really shouldn’t have a problem getting used to this format.
